Lice Control Customer Reviews
“Only someone who is responsible for a child can appreciate the angst that a parent goes through when their children are out of school because of head lice. Passing muster at the front desk of school can be an utterly frustrating experience, especially if you try and take it on yourself. With all the cleaning and endless loads of laundry I was, at first, naive enough to think that I could manage it all. After repeatedly not passing inspection I turned to the professionals. It’s nice that we, with failing eyes and fleeting patience have a place to turn. On two separate occasions Ray and his family of qualified Technicians have saved me from the work and frustration of dealing with the problem at home. The shop is immaculate, professional and owned by caring people who offer a great service.”

“Dear Mr. Ruiz, I would like to express my appreciation to you for helping my daughter, Holly, and myself with our lice problem. You may recall that after becoming infected with lice following a breakout at Holly’s elementary school, I tried over-the-counter treatments and obtained advice from my family practitioner, all to no avail. My situation was particularly challenging both because of the length and thickness of Holly’s and my hair and because I live alone with my 2 children and had no one to help me work on my hair. When I heard about your service through the school’s nurse, my frustration began to be replaced with hope.
There are a number of things that impressed me, and I feel compelled to share them with you. You were very professional, friendly, helpful and thorough. You were also understanding, something I consider to have helped ease my frustration about my situation. Perhaps what most impressed me, though, was your concern about following up on your work. As a college professor and single mother, finding the time (or even remembering) to continually check up on the success of the eradication is problematic. You made my life a great deal easier by taking that aspect upon yourself.
When last I spoke to my family practitioner, she was quite excited to learn of your service and requested your business card. I also provided a neighbor and 2 of Holly’s classmates with information about your service since they were all as frustrated as I was about the lice problem, and I knew you would be able to help them.
Again, I thank you, and Holly thanks you!”
Sincerely,
Kristin H. Hum California State University, Sacramento
